2. Cancellation by Traduxe Ventures LLP

  • 2.1 We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
    • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
    • There are issues with the payment process.
    • The order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • 2.2 If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Refund Processing

  • 3.1 For customer-initiated cancellations within the allowed period, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • 3.2 For cancellations initiated by Traduxe Ventures LLP, refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the notification date.
  • 3.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • 4.1 Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation once they have been processed. These include:
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Items marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase.
