- 1.1 Products must be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return.
- 1.2 Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- 1.3 Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
2. Return Process
- 2.1 Contact our Customer Service team at contact@traduxe.com or +919847352744 to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
- 2.2 Pack the product securely, including all original packaging and materials, and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
- 2.3 Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
3. Inspection and Refund Processing
- 3.1 Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- 3.2 If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- 3.3 You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- 4.1 Certain products are non-returnable. These include:
